Bringing Hope and Humanity to Phoenix’s Homeless Community. Founded 18 years ago by former NFL star Nick Lowery, Champions for the Homeless is a compassionate initiative under the Nick Lowery Foundation.

Partnering with St. Vincent de Paul, this program has organized 53 super celebrity volunteer events to provide essential support and foster a sense of community for the homeless population in Phoenix. By distributing meals, clothing, and gift cards, and by showing genuine care, Champions for the Homeless brings a human face to those experiencing homelessness. Nick Lowery’s dedication through this foundation not only meets immediate needs but also delivers a powerful message of love, hope, and belonging to individuals who often feel marginalized. With the increasing number of people without homes in Maricopa County, the impact of these events has become even more significant, offering vital assistance and reaffirming that everyone matters in the fabric of society.
